Why can't I look left or right

I downloaded an update for Steam, PC, and for some reason I cannot turn left or right.

Help?

Try typing +left or +right in console first.

Then it just turns left and right forever?

Also, moving my house left/right makes me walk left/right.

Delete config.cfg in the CFG folder.
