why old files got remove

hi why old files got remove.I found cool yoshi pack 4.But when i click on link to garrysmod org then i got message “file not found”.Why ?

  1. Reported and removed possibly
  2. Download could have been lost a while back
  3. Uploader didn’t verify their account and got removed
  4. Uploader deleted it
