Workshop Hat comes out so weird

Hello i’ve done a hat, and the model is a .mdl i compiled it everything is fine they are textures. I use itemtest and now BOOM :

BTW my textures are in the good folder, i did a .vmt and .vtf and now it comes up at the wrong rotation and with grey textures?
