Very nice map.

I swear though, I think I’ve seen that first building in an old ZS map before.

The map is great from a gameplay standpoint, but I think you could improve the visuals for future versions. Heres some random advice:

Don’t use standard light entities for interior lights. You can achieve a more natural look by using a light_spot with a large radius (80 - 85 deg) directly below the lamp prop, and adding a secondary, much less powerful standard light (I usually divide the intensity with 10) around 32 or so units below that. This way you avoid the ugly bright spots above every lamp.

Your street lights are somewhat boring. Id suggest you make them more sharp, so you have areas of the street that are very bright, and in between them darker spots. Also,you should use point_spotlight entities instead of sprites for a even better effect.

The streets seem kind of empty. I would at least place some wrecks etc. to break lines of sight and make them a more interesting place to be.

Makes sense since I based on an old map that had badly aged gameplay, zs_hamlet_ce.

yeah pretty much what grenade man said.

its almost there but it needs some more touches of detail here and there. that second to last picture of that curvy statue thing is beaut but the room itself needs some extra love to meet the standard of curvy statue thing. the lighting is perfect and really sets a mood btw.

overall good job.

EDIT: one more thing, could you post the brush layout of those curved corner curbs that i cant make for shit?
