I though Rewind was just going to be multiplayer.
i remember hearing they'd focus on the MP first then they'd do SP
I didn't know they were doing all 3 TS games too, neat seeing Spaceways again.
Their FAQ says everything from all three games now FAQs
Not super familiar with this series, but it seems like they have a colossal amount of work to do, a shrinking team, and poor organization.
Focusing on doing each game in succession was a smart move, but this project seems like it is many years from completion, even for just the first title.
Wouldn't mind if these folks got a hand from THQ Nordic now that the IP shifted hands. Of course, that would probably mean having to dump the Crytek engine, which would set back all of this progress rather painfully, so that in and of itself would be problematic.
The bit at the end where he goes into detail about how this is basically a fresh start is insightful. I thought this would never see the light of day but the very small team seemed to have gotten a shitload done in such a short period, even though there's a shitload more to do. I look forward to the first public build.
Looking at the later bits of the footage (still need to watch it all to be fair) but it's clear they have dumped CryEngine for Unreal 4. It has a lot of the stock materials and assets UE4 uses. Good thing too as it seems to have massively increased their ability to do shit.
