I think they are using something like a upperbody/lowerbody blend split which is quite common for player controllers, it has the side effect of the legs/hips feeling disconnected, you need to do a lot of manual work if there are lots of overrides/items to mask this.
From what i have seen so far, pretty sure this is being iterated on. ( speaking from development experience in the animation field ). But as for ron itself i am really happy to see a true successor to SWAT4 and hope they can deliver a solid product.
Pre-ordered the moment the website allowed for it, been craving a SWAT-like ever since.
Would had been great if they allowed a coop mode where you can be the guy in the operations room commanding your squad
