Tony and Nebula were the only survivors from Titan, Rocket was on Earth after he, Groot and Thor returned from their Stormbreaker quest
Rocket and Groot went with Thor to help build Stormbreaker and came to Earth with him during the climax. Groot was the one who got snapped.
I don’t remeber anything about Iron Man 3.
Nah, it was a key point that Thanos completely believe he's the good guy and that he's making incredibly hard sacrifices. To throw that all away with "Actually he got a cheapo fake version of the Soul Stone" would massively cheapen the story. Also why would it give him a stone at all if he didn't meet the requirements?
Well since Ant-Man is involved now and he'll be meeting up with Bruce and Tony, and they will have access to Pym's lab and tech, and they mentioned time vortexes in the quantum realm in AatW. They might not need the stones at all.
This is the twitter thread that inspired me to come up with that theory https://twitter.com/PoeHotDameron/status/1106298283868090368
Orange being specifically Gamora's love seems incredibly contrived. Also, couldn't you read the eclipse as Thanos' resolve to do what he sees as right above his love for Gamora, overwhelming his emotions with willpower. This just seems like the moronic notion that bad people can't still be people. Making your villain a one note, emotionless monster is not good writing, it's fucking awful writing. I don't see why people seem desperate to contrive any excuse to make Thanos a worse character, is it just to make themselves feel smart?
That's not how it works.
