Well, I'm nearing my 10 year mark here, and I do have to say that I'm surprised I managed to stay on here for so long despite barely posting. FP is certainly one of those magical places that just compels you to stick around for the ride to see where it goes next. Shame the ride is nearing its end.

I will be extremely sad when this forum vanishes, it has been a daily part of my life for 10 years. that is bananas, I don't really know what will replace it there are no other forums where I recognize posters in the same way.

I never went further past lurking for most of my time here on this site, but Facepunch is a site so deeply entwined with my childhood that it still hurts a bit more than it should when I think about it ending. A lot of the memes and inside jokes and genuine insight on the world around me that stuck with me from this website are from some if not a lot of the posters here in this thread, so thank you all for every single bit of happiness and knowledge you guys have collectively given me over the years. I hope all of you will still keep in touch with each other and keep being the amusing, hardassed and wonderful community I've silently frequented for most of my life.

powergap in videos because i was told Lewder Avatar Experience was made to up my own ego/engineering school ramped up a lot

So if my videos are anything to go off of:
FP has shrunk from about 5k people to less than 1k people in the span of 3 years
FP is the primary audience for every video I make and so fp dying = rip views on my videos
How much people like a video/rewatch it >>> how much effort was put into it
