This is the first time I hear Shapiro speak, I'm surprised how his voice sounds so cartoony
Extremists like him see politics as black and white.
the further right you are, the more the phantom "left" grows larger and larger. same is true in the other direction
Spoiled brat acts like spoiled brat.
ben shapiro is one of the least sincere mother fuckers out there.
Andrew Neil DESTROYS Ben Shapiro With Facts and Logic
he sounds like a salarian from mass effect
Ben Shapiro's voice sounds like someone doing an insulting impression of Ben Shapiro's voice.
this guy's an emotional mess lol, facts and logic my ass
He sounds like Mandark from Dexter's Lab. Only thing missing is the laugh. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiGIQrt1IaE
cant believe the bbc are even giving people like him a platform.
Should that be denied though?
I don't think the BBC showcasing how much of a giant man-baby he is is a bad thing.
okay, this is epic
It's like he wanted to inhale a helium balloon but decided not to right as he started. Also, imagine being Ben fucking Shapiro and calling other people 'badly motivated'.
I clicked the first clip and only listened long enough to hear Shapiro violently fail to understand the purpose of being interviewed -- namely to answer questions, not ask them back. But that's exactly what I expect from this guy, all he knows is to attack so he doesn't have to defend. When you're doing that it's because what you're doing/saying is indefensible and you know it.
Ben Shapiro needs to be next to bitch in the dictionary
Literally everything Shapiro says is based on his feelings so its no wonder he is emotional
Just a quick rundown on the bonus level of irony here on who Andrew Neil is: https://twitter.com/JHWeissmann/status/1126832330520309761
Normally I'd agree, but the thing about Shapiro is he literally spends over 300 grand annually buying himself platforms in addition to the fake news website he already owns. If he's going to buy his way out of deplatforming anyway, might as well force him onto platforms of actual journalism that will tear him down a notch.
He's clearly not used to the British style of interviewing, he can't deal with people like Paxman or Neil who'll give you difficult and aggressive questions regardless of your alignment
Also known as "interviewing", rather than softballing opportunities to push the corporate-approved viewpoint by the approved guest.
It did seem like he was hoping he'd just be given a chance to advertise himself freely and wasn't expecting to have to answer actual questions, and then has the audacity to claim its in bad faith.
All I've heard was the guys at oneyplays and SuperMega iirc, imitating and making fun of him. Now I know why spot on impressions Loved how Andrew Neil just laughed in such a condescending way.
He's an attention-whoring snowflake who's built up an illusory image of being a brilliant social commentator, mainly by epically le pwning libtards from the safety of echo chambers. Of course he treats real journalism and media integrity with hostility, he's incapable of defending himself because his ideas are nothing more than thin emotional kneejerks and partisan shitposting that, intended or not, act as a gateway drug to right extremism.
As much as I want to root for the little comic-book villain (Shapiro) what the fuck were HIS motivations for going on that show? I doubt the rest of that "interview" had anything of substance..
To advertise himself probably
A bonus extra that's been dug up from this interview: https://twitter.com/politijoe1/status/1126837562189012993
"if only you know ridiculous that statement was, you wouldn't have said it"
