Insurgency has non magnifying red-dot sights that can be paired together with a G33 flip-down magnifier (though without the flip down ability).
Not to mention that both optics need to be aligned to be able to work together.

There's plenty of skins that retail for $20 in Fortnite. They're usually the flashiest of the bunch
Anybody who's played TF2 knows this is nothing new. There are items on the TF2 marketplace that go for hundreds of dollars, for items that can also randomly drop. Meanwhile, you can't get the cosmetics in Fortnite at all without buying them. I'd rather pay $20 for an item I want over spending hundreds on keys for crates hoping I get the item I want.
I'd rather pay nothing for models. Individual models shouldn't be worth more than entire games.

cool thing about TF2 is you pay with direct real money and not some dumb funbucks designed to constantly leave you with less than what you need unless you overpay
almost nothing on the tf2 store has a price that reflects its actual value of how you can obtain it through other means.
